"McGarvey Law's roots trace to 1975 when Jon Heberling joined Dale McGarvey’s practice. In 1986 Roger Sullivan and Allan McGarvey joined as partners to create one of Montana’s premier firms dedicated to protecting the values and land of Montanans.

We focus on ensuring healthy communities, safe places to work, and a clean environment. The firm represents individuals suffering from the effects of exposure to dangerous substances, especially those suffering from exposure Libby asbestos diseases. We also advocates on behalf of individuals denied the right to a work in a safe and healthy environment and represent private property owners in achieving the clean-up of contaminated lands.
