Downtown is dressing up for our Holiday Stroll! You are invited to start your holiday season Downtown Kalispell shopping and discovering all that downtown has to offer. Our celebration will take place Friday, December 1, 2023 from 5 pm to 8 pm. Check out the window displays, utilize the QR code found on your informational walking card or event posters to vote for your favorite dressed storefront. Voting will end at midnight the night of the event. The People’s Choice award winner will receive a $500.00 cash prize!
Over 45 of your favorite downtown businesses will be greeting you with specials, snacks, drinks and music. Mann Mortgage will be hosting the annual Christmas Tree Extravaganza on the second floor of the KM Building. Johnson Funeral Home will have live reindeer, cookies and hot cocoa and a place for families to write their letters to Santa. That’s right, LIVE reindeer. First Presbyterian Church will have the annual Youth Art Show, St. Matthews Parish will be celebrating also.
At 7:00 head to Depot Park for the annual lighting of our Community Tree with Christmas Carols lead by Lucy Smith and friends and the Valley Voices. American Bank will be serving coffee, cocoa and cookies and our special visitors Santa and Mrs. Claus will magically light the tree.
There are so many places to visit downtown at this free, friendly holiday event. You will find carolers on the streets and the Trinity Hand Bell Ringers and unique gifts available for purchase.
Remember to shop small and support your local friends and neighbors. See you on the sidewalks of Downtown Kalispell this Friday, December 1.

Do you own a business in Downtown Kalispell?
It is easy to be involved in this great event. The business participation fee which will place your business on the walking card is $100. Participating businesses will be open the night of the event and will be listed on the walking card.
We are also holding a store front display contest. The public will vote for their favorite store front display through a QR code on the walking card. The winning business receives a $500 cash prize!
To be involved just send your check made payable to Kalispell Downtown Association and mail it to PO Box 1997, Kalispell, 59903, on or before Monday, November 13, 2023.
